Discovery Youth is held on Friday evenings (during school terms). We have a whole heap of fun, games and hangs in a safe environment. Come ready to wrestle with some awesome topics!

Kids Church is designed for ages 1 to grade 8. During the school term, Kids Church runs during both services and is where the children have the opportunity to play, create, sing and learn in ways that are appropriate to their developmental stage.

Little Fishies aims to provide opportunities for play with a purpose in a friendly, supportive and caring environment. We focus on ingredients for play such as social interaction, enthusiasm, variety and a balance of structured and unstructured activities.

Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade are held on a Tuesday evening during the school term. The well-planned programme covers a wide range of activities.

We are an ever-growing bunch of young adults who are passionate about showing and sharing Jesus, having some awesome fellowship, and seeing each other grow.

Over 50’s meet on the first Friday of each month. The purpose of the group is: “Empowering, Gathering, and Releasing Over 50’s to Shine God’s Light into our World.”

Men In Action is a group for men of all ages, from both within and outside of Wynnum Baptist. Our aim is to bring men closer together through various activities such as fishing, camping, 4WDing, Go Karting, Men’s Breakfasts and Community working bees.

Women’s events at Wynnum Baptist Church are all about encouraging and building one another up. Our women’s events are open to anyone who might be looking to make new friends or learn more about God.

3 O’s (On Our Own) is a connection group open to widowed/single/divorced/separated ladies mostly in the 60+ age group. Events happen regularly, including fun outings like bus trips, historical tours, movies, concerts and meals out together.

Threads of Friendship is a group of women who meet together each week to connect over a cuppa, a biscuit and craft. Bring along a craft you are working on or try something new!

Wynnum Baptist supports missions in the local area including SU School Chaplaincy, Life Bridge Community Chaplaincy and Deliverance Down Under.

Wynnum Baptist support missions globally including Compassion Australia and a variety of missionaries in various parts of the world.

Wynnum Baptist Church provides food relief every Wednesday morning. The volunteers care deeply about helping those in need.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS) is an Australian Government Funded national program, previously known as the Community Visitors Scheme (CVS).

The Saturday Markets craft and car boot sale are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Enjoy a morning out with the family to have a cuppa & cake or a sausage sizzle!
